I am from Singapore. Recently, I had eye bag surgery and sub-brow lift surgery at Promise. I liked that Promise specialises in eye-area surgery procedures. Throughout, the preparation was smooth even tho' the communication was done on LINE in Chinese as they were not able to converse in English. Only in Chinese or Japanese. My appreciation to Miss XiaoJin, as she has been most patient with my many questions and she guided me well on the day of surgery. Post-surgery, Miss XiaoJin is still patiently answering my concerns on LINE. I am recovering well and many of my friends has commented the surgeries are well done. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall I had a good experience at Promise Plastic Surgery.

처지고 졸려보이는 눈매가 고민이어서 자연유착으로 쌍커풀수술 받았는데, 상담부터 수술까지 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 만족스러웠어요! 걱정도 많았는데 수술 전 원장님과 상담하며 원하인 라인도 잘 잡고 꼼꼼하게 설명해주셔서 좋았어요. 그리고 수술할 때랑 후랑 저는 하나도 안 아프고 간간이 얼음팩 대줬더니 멍이랑 부기도 엄청 빨리 빠졌어요. 현재는 수술한지 5달 정도 되었는데 이제는 자리를 다 잡았고 자연스럽게 이뻐진 거 같아서 넘 만족합니다! 지인들이 다 쌍수 어디서 했는지 물어봐요ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 넘 추천합니당

The service was extremely poor, and it was clear that there was a serious lack of proper organization and planning. The Chinese staff for online booking were unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed, which made the entire process frustrating and chaotic. There was no clear system in place, and patients were left confused and unattended. It’s very concerning to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare facility where people go seeking help and care. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their operations and treat their patients with the respect and attention they deserve.

원래 한쪽 눈에만 쌍꺼풀이 있어서 항상 신경 쓰였는데, 수술 후에 양쪽 눈 크기가 맞춰져서 정말 만족스러워요. 수술후에 얼굴 전체가 훨씬 또렷해 보이는 것 같아요. 부기도 생각보다 빨리 빠져서 회복도 편했습니다. 짝눈 고민 있으신 분들께 추천드리고 싶어요.

지인 추천으로 와서 상담 받아봤는데 실장님이랑 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 처음부터 편하게 상담 받을 수 있었어요!! 상담할 때도 제가 이것저것 의견 말씀드리면 다 꼼꼼하게 봐주시고 친절하게 상담해주셔서 좋았습니다! 특히 원장님 상담이 정말 만족스러웠는데요! 제가 원하는 라인을 말씀드렸을 때, 원하는 대로 라인을 잡아주셨고, 높이를 정할 때는 제 눈에 맞게 봐주셨어요! 제가 원하는 높이로 하면 소시지눈이 될 수도 있다고 솔직하게 말씀해주시면서 무조건 된다고 하시는 게 아니라 제 눈에 가장 잘 어울리는 높이로 잡아주셨습니다!! 그래서 더 믿음이 갔고 결과도 너무 만족스러워요!! 지금은 거울 볼 때마다, 화장할 때마다 행복합니다 ෆ⃛

本来是杏眼可爱风，但是真不喜欢这种风格，找到院长表达我的需求，尝试的桃花眼风格，现在恢复看起来很好，很喜欢这种风格。
