The doctor was very attentive and explained every procedure carefully, which made me feel confident and relaxed throughout the treatment. I especially want to compliment the translator lulu, who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She helped me communicate smoothly with the doctor and staff, and made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Thanks to her, I never felt any language barrier.
