This clinic is amazing! I walked into this branch by mistake when I actually had an appointment at the Gangnam branch. The Front Desk staff still did everything they could to accommodate me, and they were so kind and helpful. The General Manager was so sweet and made sure that I felt heard. She found treatment within my budget. She was also hilarious! I had CO2 laser done, and it went very smoothly from start to finish, including the healing process. The doctor spoke perfect English and was very reassuring. I would 100% recommend this clinic, and would go back if I revisit Seoul.

Exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere, from start to finish . I have been twice now to the hill clinic. The appointments ran very smoothly, no waiting time, the appointment was short. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin. Would highly recommend this place, great staff and great service/products!!!
