The service was extremely professional and the staff very helpful and polite. The doctor listened carefully to my skin problems and suggested effective solutions. I felt comfortable during the visit and the atmosphere in the clinic was friendly. I am very happy with the results of the treatment and I will definitely recommend this clinic to others.

千万别去这家黑店。收费比很多韩国医美都贵，但完全没有安全保障，出了问题只会推卸责任。 我做完 Ultherapy（超声刀）后，右边下巴到现在都无法正常控制，做往下的动作会很僵硬麻木。刚开始他们一直说“几个月会自己恢复”，让我一直等。结果过了一年还是一样，完全没有改善。我去别的医生那里看，对方明确表示很可能是超音波能量过强导致神经受损。 另外他们打脖子的部位还出现了 nodule（结节），原本想改善颈纹，结果颈纹根本没改善，反而多了一堆结节，到现在都还在。 最离谱的是： * 一开始承认神经受损有可能发生，说神经会长回来； * 后来拖久了，又开始改口说“过这么久了，和他们无关”； * 甚至说“神经本来就会自己长回去，所以不关仪器的事”。 如果真的和你们无关，我做完马上就出现的问题，为什么会持续到现在？而且我中间根本没有做任何其他项目。 还有，有些针剂根本没有打完，也照样按全价收费。出现问题后态度非常敷衍，一直叫人飞回韩国复诊，但从头到尾没有任何真正负责的处理方式。 医美最重要的是安全，不是只会收高价然后出事后全部撇清责任。真的奉劝大家慎重，别被宣传骗了。

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Salon de Dr. Tune’s Clinic. The clinic itself looks like a luxury hotel, with beautiful facilities including a lounge with a cafe. The staff are extremely professional and kind, so I felt very comfortable throughout my treatments. Even the coffee was delicious. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend visiting. A true five star clinic.
