I am currently seeking legal action for their irresponsible behavior towards the policy they created themselves; just because they failed in their prior business doesn't mean they should ruthlessly blame me for wanting for a consultation. It's not the customer's false that they are afraid of giving any advice. I wouldn't trust their fraud policy including Mo Mo Plastic Clinic. (The female rep kept refering to the photos of surgery result that month I got the surgery. So what's the point of having 3-5years A\u002FS 무상 (aka free of charge correction service)?\n\nNonsense and Fraudulent Policy (quoted what the consultant said)\n1. \"The policy has reached its expiratation date\" \n2. \"The result is looking great\" \n3. \"It wouldn't make sense that we'd receive only $250 or 300K KRW to perform the modification for your eye Ptosis. In case of line modification additional 300,000 KRW\n\nWithout seeing my face or hearing my concerns about the work on my face, she immediately shut me down over the phone with her unprofessional explanation and immediately started blaming me, falsely claiming that none of the post-surgery policy are valid for me. I am bombarded with her defensive behavior. Why is she defensive? Because she knows this is wrong anyway. It's a permanent work on my face, and they are busy convincing you to get surgery done, knowing they don't care about the after result. She was impressively rude over the phone, and I had to let her know that she is not suggesting any resolutions or options I could consider. The policy still apply until December 2024, and they don't want to be responsible for it. I am telling you - the hospital didn't look at my face.
