I came to Bsl clinic for Rejuran treatment. They were so friendly and they explained everything very well. The doctor took it seriously when I told I have a sensitive skin and she suggested according to that. Also, their system was so good to prevent the pain. It was less painful than my previous experience.

It was my first time visiting this clinic, and I had a great experience. The staff were kind and professional, and the doctor explained everything clearly before the treatment. The procedure was comfortable, and my skin already feels smoother and more hydrated. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely come back.

Overall, my experience has been mixed and a bit disappointing so far, although I will continue to observe my results before making a final judgment. The clinic is well organized and not crowded when I visited. Appointments run on time, and there is very little waiting. However, considering that this clinic charges around 20–30% more than many other mid-to- high -end aesthetic clinics, I expected a much higher level of communication and patient care. My biggest concern was the lack of informed consent and communication. Before the procedure, the risks were barely discussed. For example, I was never told that facial hollowing or volume loss could be a possible risk. I believe clients should fully understand both the potential benefits and the possible complications before deciding to proceed. The consultation itself also felt rushed. The translator is friendly but seemed more like a sales coordinator than someone explaining the medical procedure in detail. During the treatment, the translator was not with me the entire time, so I often didn’t know what was happening or why certain areas were being treated. I think clients should have a much clearer understanding of the treatment plan and goals before the procedure begins. The clinic also uses injectable facial anesthesia in addition to topical numbing cream. While this makes the procedure much more comfortable, I think the advantages and disadvantages should be explained beforehand so clients can make an informed decision. At about one week after treatment, I still have noticeable swelling, and I’ve developed significant hollowing on both sides of my face in areas where I was not expecting it. This has caused me considerable stress. The clinic told me it’s still too early to judge the final outcome and advised me to continue observing as the swelling subsides. For now, I simply don’t know whether the final results will justify the cost, the downtime, and the discomfort of the procedure. I’ll update this review again in about two months after my recovery is complete.

This is my first time visiting BLS, and I’ll definitely come back again. The pain level is minimal and bearable when Doctor doing the Thermage, Ultherapy Prime treatment. Jammy is knowledgeable and patience with all my queries prior the treatments. Dr Kim is very nice and will chat with me to shift my focus. The environment is cozy and clean.

This place definitely treats you like vip, especially after going to hours of waiting at other factory like clinics. The staff and doctor were also down to earth, personable (other factory like clinics don’t even have the time to make eye contact with you; iykyk ;), and I didn’t feel rushed. She was very attentive with my face procedure and also so kind. I’m writing this review honestly, and of course the free lotion gift for writing this review also helps with the overall experience ;).
