Had nose surgery with Dr. jae Hoon Kim at April31 Clinic and he botched my nose, over-resected my alars, and caused my nose to collapse; then he refused to take responsibility for it. Please visit tpf and search "April 31", he has botched many patients of all nationalities and when botched patients return to the clinic to complain- he avoids all responsibility and so do the other staff, DO NOT go to this doctor. There are many clinics in Korea with competent and ethical surgeons, Jae Hoon Kim is not one of them.

Christy was simply amazing and very helpful. Her English is exceptional and she was extremely friendly which really helped me with my anxiety. My case was difficult as my previous Rhinoplasty was infected and got really bad and I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my normal nose back. However, Dr Kim was a true professional and he was honest with me that he would only be able to fix about 80%. To be honest I was disappointed hearing that but in the end I’d rather have a doctor who is upfront with me about what he can and cannot do than making false promises. I am now more than half a year post op ( 8 months) and the nose is shaping up alright! Albeit the parts where he couldn’t fix still bothers me a lot but all in all I’m glad to have a normal life back. Thank you Dr Kim, Christy, and all the staff at April 31!

Plse don’t go here. I got eye surgery done 6 weeks ago by kim Chan woo and I went here with full trust being referred by my friend that lived in Korea for 20 yrs. They suggested epi, non incisional bleph and sub brow lift. Wk 3 I was so concerned bc my eyes looked at asymmetrical and almost alien like eyes looked wide set apart to point I was very conscience of it. Requested for video consultation at which he spoke for 3 mins, got up and left. I couldn’t understand him bc he was speaking full on korean but he was also still wearing a mask. Christy came on video pretended having bad connection then hung up. They seem like they are notorious for not taking responsibility for after care services or concerns. No come in and we will revise or any sympathetic kind words. Their actions were like they’ve been there and done that attitude. Bc if this I’ve had to deal w so much mental anxiety and still do til this day. I haven’t been able to get hold of them except for my request for the specifics of ea procedure. Since then I’m looking for other clinics to do consultation w me for professional advice. At this point I can’t do anything but wait at least 6 months. my eyes r so unnatural I hv anxiety seeing people I know for fear of their reaction. This was the worst experience. As a professional dr, thy should have known how mentally fragile and vulnerable I am and to walk out like that is horrendous and soooo unprofessional. Please do urself a favor and don’t go here.

刷到这家真的惊喜！在首尔能找到专注修复23年的医院太难得了，看介绍他们1999年就在江南有了独立大楼，金栽勋院长的鼻修复案例我在ins刷到过！朋友之前做双眼皮修复跑了三家咨询，最后就是吴原硕院长给修复的自然款，现在彻底摆脱肉条感。准备把轮廓手术也列入清单了~

作为在韩国做过三次鼻修复的人想说：选对医生太重要了！之前咨询时看到他们家四位院长各负责专项，金栽勋院长面诊时拿着CT片一点点分析筋膜层，这种专业度在网红医院根本见不到。最后做的挛缩鼻修复，现在两年了形态依然稳定。准备明年再找朴院长做面部轮廓，童颜术案例的骨相调整真的很好
