I like my doctor but they have a new recepcionist I think she doesn’t like foreigners because she spoke with me with a bad manner all the time and even I said Thks she just ignored me . Also she told me , No English don’t explain to me , and what u came all front to everybody 😅 . anyway . I like my doctor so I always come here .

Don’t go here if you’re a foreigner Long wait times. They see all the Koreans first leave all the foreigners for the end. I waited an hour.

Edit: This has nothing to do with a lack of English. The nurse who helped me barely spoke English and was so lovely. I am not expecting anyone to speak English - just be decent towards me. This receptionist was plain RUDE. The fact that another review here from a month ago says the same thing tells me there is a pattern. I used to recommend Y-Queen to every foreign woman who needs a gyne because the doctors are great, and speak English. But after my experience with the awful receptionist I will not return or suggest Y Queen to foreigners. She was blatantly really rude towards me and then so polite with the Korean patients. This is not acceptable coming from a medical practitioners room.

I made an appointment for 2:30 and left at closing time (4pm) without being seen. All of the Korean patients were taken back quickly and left in the time I was there. One Korean patient arrived well after me and was also seen. The remaining patients in the lobby were foreigners and we sat there for at least 20 minutes after the last Korean patient left. It may be just a coincidence, but it was weird. I won't be going back.
