It was a great experience here! They were very thorough in assessingmy skin and giving recommendation. They did not upsell and were actually very insistent that some options were not best for me. The doctor did all of the procedures himself and spoke great English. They ended up not being as painful as I was anticipating. Highly recommend

My first time trying a skin treatment in Korea, and I'm glad I chose V Moment! The clinic is clean, quiet, professional, well-equipped, and most importantly, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kim Chuu was my Chinese translator, and I highly recommend her. She is kind, understanding, and honest, which I truly appreciate. She was able to communicate effectively between the doctor, GM, and beauticians, ensuring that my concerns and questions were clearly conveyed. SJ Lee, the GM, is excellent at understanding clients' needs and providing helpful advice on post-treatment skincare. She also offered me a better package price for multiple treatments, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Choi is kind and patient. He helped me feel at ease and calm throughout the process, which is very important when undergoing beauty treatments. I would definitely come back again for their services.

Dr Choi’s skills are really good and I felt no pain at all during my titanium lifting treatment. Compared to my experiences in Singapore and Jakarta I believe my experience here with dr Choi was the best and his technique is incredible. The staff here are also incredibly kind and welcoming and did not hard sell me and told me certain procedures were unnecessary. I’ll come back again!

They also had a translator available, which made communication so much easier and ensured I fully understood everything that was being explained. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. After using VMGIN recovery cream I got from the clinic for about a month, I was very satisfied with the results. It was amazing! My skin became noticeably smoother overall, and my complexion looked brighter. I also felt that the small bumps and uneven areas on my skin became much softer. I have never used a recovery cream this effective before. I definitely want to continue using this recovery cream, and it has become a product I don’t want to live without. It was so good that I almost want to keep it as my little secret~~^^
