From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us so warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. The clinic itself has a very modern, high-tech feel and the AI skin analysis was quite impressive and made the whole experience feel advanced and personalized. One thing we really appreciated was that all three of us were able to do our consultation together, which made it convenient and comfortable for our family. Even though the clinic seemed quite busy, the team handled everything efficiently while still being kind, attentive, and professional with each person. Overall, a very organized, innovative, and welcoming experience. We left feeling well taken care of, and it was a nice way to end our trip in Korea. Highly recommend!

I honestly didn’t expect the place and the service to be this comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived until I finished my treatment. They made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The place is clean and smells really nice. I especially love that they have a VIP room for treatments.. it feels more private and relaxing. Definitely coming back again for my next treatment!

Great first experience! The consultation was excellent. They used AI to analyze my skin and gave personalized recommendations, which made it super beginner-friendly. No pressure or upselling. I felt very honest and comfortable. Also the interior here is so beautiful~

Very personalized service. Had a very good translator who sat with us throughout the evaluation of our AI-scanned faces. Learnt a lot about our skin. Each problem was addressed with options for us to choose from, and we never felt pressured into anything. Questions were answered well. Despite the clinic being very busy, we were led into a VIP room where our 2 kids could blast their cartoons without disturbing others. Overall a great experience so far.

我这熬夜党，脸黄得像 “腌了十年的咸菜”，连眼周都透着黄气，涂美白精华跟涂水似的没用，听人说 Theia 的丽珠兰能美白修复就来了。 面诊时医生看了我脸色就笑了：“你这是熬夜熬的‘氧化黄’，丽珠兰里的 PN 成分能帮皮肤代谢老废角质，还能补点胶原，比单纯美白针温和”，还当着我的面拆了新的丽珠兰药剂，核对批号，这点我特放心 —— 怕用到假货嘛！ 做的时候敷了麻药，一点不疼，就感觉针头轻轻扎，全程也就 15 分钟。刚打完脸有点胀，但没泛青，医生说这是 “精准注射”，第二天就能正常化妆。回家后我每天涂医院送的小支美白精华，结果第七天照镜子 —— 天！脸居然不黄了！是那种透着粉的亮，连之前的痘印都浅了一圈。现在我妈见了都念叨 “你最近别熬夜了，脸看着健康多了”，其实我还是照样加班，全靠丽珠兰救场！Theia 这波真没让我失望！

面诊时院长特实在，捏着我下颌线说 “你这不是胖，是筋膜层松了，超声刀先把深层提一提，再用丽珠兰补点胶原，效果能撑更久”，还翻手机给我看跟我脸型差不多的姐姐，术后一个月的下颌线超明显，我当场就拍板做了！ 做超声刀前敷了厚麻药，真没传说中那么疼，就下颌缘那儿有点轻微酸胀，跟被蚂蚁夹了下似的，全程不到一小时。做完当天脸有点红，小姐姐立马递冰袋，还塞了个护理包，里面有舒缓精华和防晒口罩。更贴心的是，隔了一周让我回来打丽珠兰，说能帮皮肤修复得更快。

預約了theia 皮膚科的水光针，刚刚做完。面診體驗比我想象中好好多。醫生先听完了我的诉求，然后說我想要的效果其實用另一种方案也能达到。不会因為我想要貴的就顺从我，而是给出專業建议后再让我自己决定。做水光针的时候醫生的手法好轻，边打边用棉签按压。额头和下巴推得比較快，面颊和眼周就放慢了节奏。总量打得刚刚好，沒有浪费。打完之後醫生還帮我敷了镇定面膜。有会中文的室長陪同，溝通沒什么障碍。整體来說體驗感幾好的，工作人员都好负责。
