I had a very positive experience at this dermatology clinic in Korea. The clinic was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which made the whole visit feel very pleasant. The staff and doctor were all very friendly, kind, and professional. They explained each step clearly and checked on me throughout the process, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I had three treatments done: Rejuran 2cc, mole removal, and Aqua Peel. Everything was well organized and the process went smoothly from start to finish. After the Aqua Peel, my skin felt much cleaner and refreshed. The Rejuran and mole removal treatments were also done professionally and carefully. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. I would definitely come back again and recommend this clinic to others.

Upon arrival, I was promptly taken into consult to discuss services I wanted and provide recommendations. No English, but we ably utilized Papago to communicate. I chose several services for my face, including CellMD, which is Elravie re20 but made up of smaller particles. I received the laser and other services prior to getting numbing cream for the CellMD. They opened and prepared the package in front of me, guaranteeing I actually received the correct medication. They provided a stuffed animal to squeeze during the procedure! It was quick and not quite as painful as I anticipated. Aftercare also provided. All in all, excellent service, and I definitely will return next time I visit Korea.

Great communication. We used Whatsapp, and they responded quickly and helped us make appointments. Staff were friendly. The doc and nurses were attentive and listened to my concerns despite the language barriers. I filled out a form of what procedure I wanted first via Whatsapp, and they gave me a detailed consultation during my visit. The experience was great overall. This place seems to have more local customers rather than tourists! Would highly come again on my next visit.

Such a good experience. First time at a derm clinic and first time in South Korea and it was very pleasant. The staff were kind and patient with me needing translation services. The clinic is very clean and smells amazing. The calming ambiance made the treatments feel like a spa. Pricing is clear and they did not try to upsell me which I appreciated a lot. Would definitely come back on my next Seoul trip.

I visited the clinic for a variety of procedures, and a helpful consultation ensured I chose the most appropriate to address my mains concerns. Everybody was friendly but professional and the treatments were carried out carefully and I did not feel like I was in a rush, which was good. The clinic was also generous with allowing me to reschedule several times and I was grateful. Everything is on one floor (at least based on my experiences) so it is quite efficient, and the pharmacy is in the same building so that is convenient too. I feel positively about all the procedures, although I will have to wait to see the results. The only downside to note is that the treatments are not tax exempt - if you are visiting from abroad - but you can hear that in mind when considering the prices.
