I had a very positive experience overall. Consultant An Yerim was extremely attentive to my concerns and made an effort to accommodate my budget without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Translator Kim Jungming was equally impressive—thoughtful, clear, and very supportive throughout the process. Both of them demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The staffs who attended to my procedures were also very attentive and skilled, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return again in the future.

The consultation was quick and specific, they speak excellent English and I was able to make myself understood. The female assistant who was with me throughout my treatments was very attentive and made sure to ask how I was doing. I appreciated her warmth and kindness. The place is new to me and it was quite cold because of the air conditioning, but otherwise, the service was good. I would return for some specific treatments. They gave me juice to make me feel better 🥹 The doctors and nurses were very kind. I liked it. 😌👌🏻🤩

The staff took the time to answer my questions and explain the treatment options clearly. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and the waiting time was minimal. I was recommended Ppeum Global by a colleague, and I chose to visit their Hongdae branch since it’s only about an hour from the airport by train. Will assisted me during my visit and spoke clear, fluent English, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The team carefully assessed my skin, took the time to explain the recommended procedures, and worked within my budget without any pressure. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even have a coffee machine available while you wait, which is a nice touch! Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.
