I went to LV Clinic after it was recommended by a friend and I have absolutely no regrets. I 100% recommend this clinic. There was no hard selling at all. Dr. Seo took the time to explain every procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions with so much patience, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience. Since I was having quite a number of procedures done, they recommended sedation, and it was the best decision ever. It was my first time for sedation and they made me feel Comfortable in the treatment room. I felt no pain after the treatment and the bruising was minimal. A nurse monitored me throughout the entire procedure which made me feel very safe. They also opened every product box in front of me and verified its authenticity before using it which I really appreciated. My consultant, Uriah, was an absolute sweetheart. She wasn’t pushy at all and only recommended treatments that suited my concerns and budget. She even stayed with me and held my hand until I was fully sedated which was incredibly reassuring. A big thank you as well to Dahee and Jemin, who took such great care of me after the procedure while I was still feeling groggy. Everyone on the team was kind, attentive and genuinely caring. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and never felt rushed. From consultation to aftercare, everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past three years and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Seo and his consultant always take the time to carefully discuss a treatment plan that’s tailored to my skin concerns. Since I have significant acne scarring and enlarged pores they have consistently recommended treatments based on what my skin actually needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
