Avocado burger never disappoints 🥑 The place is spacious and super clean. Staff were really friendly too. They’ve got high chairs, so it’s perfect if you’re visiting with a baby.

Great tasting burgers and an awesome energetic staff. Highly recommended if your in the gangnam area. Also nearby the Stussy Seoul shop.

Need a quick burger fix? 🍔 You can count on the Downtowner burger chain. We ordered the cheese burger, avocado burger and some crinkled fries. The cheese burger and crinkled fries taste as you'd imagine while the avocado burger exceeded my expectations. If you take a look at their menu, you'll find that it ranges from simple classic burgers to heavy and heart attack inducing burgers 🤣 (try at your own risk)

The burger itself was good, but one staff member’s attitude really ruined the experience. I understand things can get busy, but I was honestly surprised by how irritated they seemed throughout our interaction. I simply asked about the price difference between a combo and a single item, and the response felt unnecessarily annoyed to the point where I felt uncomfortable and just ordered the single item instead. A few minutes later, I went back to the counter to ask a completely different question, and before I could even say anything, I was told in an irritated tone, “Food takes time!!” I wasn’t even asking about the wait. I totally understand handmade burgers take time, but the overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. The food was good, but customer service really affects the experience too.

Ended up getting take out. Order last minute over the phone. Then we got stuck in traffic getting there. Very friendly and kind staff asking if we were still coming. The burgers were better than Shake Shack, Brooklyn, or Bas gurger. Less grease I guess and well packaged for take out. Didn't like their fried though.
