Making a reservation was simple and straightforward on their website & they had good availability! The staff was also very accommodating and flexible when I needed to change my reservation time. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted with kindness and care at the reception desk. The staff guided me through each process and created a warm, welcoming environment. Dr. Kim was lovely and very knowledgable - he kindly explained the results of my skincare analysis and offered his recommendations for treatment. During the treatment, I met a variety of doctors and staff-members. Everyone was incredibly considerate and helpful: giving great explanations about each step of the treatments, asking questions about my preferences, checking in on my comfortability, and more. This was my first time doing skin treatments in Seoul so I truly appreciate FINE Clinic for making it a positive experience.
