I had botox done here the staff were really kind and helpful, the experience and atmosphere is calm and professional. I didn’t feel rushed and the consultant helped to find promotions suitable for my needs. They don’t recommend unnecessary treatments and also can speak multiple languages. I will definitely come back again.

I had a really wonderful experience at ID Clinic Gangnam. The director was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole treatment. Some parts of the procedure were quite painful, but he kept encouraging and reassuring me the entire time, which really helped me relax and get through it. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment. More importantly, she gave me so much emotional support and encouragement. Since I was a little nervous before the procedure, she kept comforting me, chatting with me, and making me feel at ease. She has such a positive and caring personality that I felt like I was being looked after by a friend rather than just a staff member.
