Instead, he suggested exosomes. His clinic uses ExoSmart, which is a CE-MDR certified Class IIa medical device (Italy\u002FEU) that processes your own blood on-site to extract concentrated platelet-derived exosomes (it’s not a pre-made vial product—don’t use those!!). if you know anything about regulations then you know EU regulations are way more strict then FDA. Pain was tolerable with a mix of topical lidocaine, lidocaine injections, and laughing gas, but he did warn me that exosomes are PAINFUL. He wasn’t wrong.
