Chahong salon was not only a great haircut but an amazing overall experience. Stylist started by doing a comprehensive exam of my scalp and recommended a tailored hair care treatment for my hair concerns along with my haircut. There was so much attention to detail with the whole process and making sure the cut was to my liking. The stylist was also incredibly kind and patient with me as a foreigner! Loved the way my hair turned out and will be coming back here every time I come back to Korea!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Jeong In was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my preferences before recommending a hairstyle and color that suited me perfectly. Even though we communicated using translation apps, there was no problem at all—we were able to understand each other well, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had such a great experience at this head spa with Hyun A and staff. The environment was clean and the staff were very attentive. The scalp analysis and treatment felt personalized, and the massage was easily one of the most relaxing I’ve had. The combination of water therapy and pressure techniques really helped relieve tension. I walked out feeling refreshed and my hair/scalp felt noticeably healthier.

I am an English speaker and I had no issues communicating with my very talented stylists. I appreciated the scalp analysis and intensive treatments, as well as the care and artistry that went into crafting the right perm shape for my hair health and face shape. It's a high-end experience, with quality drinks and a light lunch. High recommend.

Jeon Hye In was very accommodating and recommended me the scalp treatment which was amazing. They scanned my scalp and were vert attentive to my reference photos. The staff were really communicative even if we both used translators the whole time. They gave a very thorough head massage and had leg massage machines too. They also provided snacks and drinks during the consultation. I would love to visit again when I come back to Korea.

周末去Chahong Room把想做的項目都做了，分享一下過程。面診體驗舒服的地方在于，醫生沒有因為我說韩文不好就随便打发我。反而放慢了語速，让中文室長一句句翻譯，确保我听懂了先往下說。溝通起来沒什么障碍。整个操作過程比预期要久一些，但醫生每一步都好仔细。中间還停下来让我休息了一下再繼續，沒有为了赶時間就草草了事。细节上确实能感覺到差距。醫生建议我先做一次看看效果再决定要不要繼續，不会一上来就让我买疗程。整體来說值得去，服務流程好順暢。
