I had chin liposuction and muscle tightening at Woori Clinic in Seoul and overall had a positive experience. The booking process through WhatsApp was straightforward, with transparent pricing and a simple deposit system. One thing to note is that response times can be slow, which I assume is due to the high volume of international patients they handle. Despite this, all of my questions were eventually answered, so it was never a major concern. They have English-speaking consultants, so communication was not an issue. Dr. Jeong Ju Seong was professional and calm. He speaks perfect English. The surgery itself went fairly smooth. He personally checked on my progress during each key follow-up visit, which was reassuring throughout the recovery process. I'm satisfied with my results, as you can see in my result in the "after" photos which was taken 7 days post-op. There were a few areas that could be improved, particularly communication during post-operative care. Some nurses spoke limited English, making it difficult to fully understand the aftercare instructions. I'd recommend to request for your English-speaking consultant to be with you during the post-operative care. The discharge process on surgery day felt less attentive compared to my experiences at other clinics. Overall, I would still recommend Woori Clinic for chin liposuction and muscle tightening. If your priority is an experienced surgeon and good surgical results rather than a highly personalized patient experience, I think it is a solid choice.

I had under-eye fat repositioning as well as jawline and double chin liposuction at Woori Plastic Surgery, and overall I had a very positive experience. The staff were kind and professional throughout my stay. My surgeon was friendly, and although he didn't speak English, Kelly translated everything clearly and was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish. The consultation was straightforward, although I would have appreciated a little more time to discuss everything in detail. The only small issue I had was finding the clinic entrance on my first visit. I'm very happy with my results. My tear trough is now barely noticeable, my double chin is gone, and my jawline has much better definition while still looking very natural. Recovery involved some bruising and swelling for a few weeks, but there was very little pain, mostly tenderness. There is a small scar under my chin from the liposuction incision, but I was informed about it beforehand, and it's well hidden in everyday life. Overall, I would definitely recommend Woori Plastic Surgery to anyone considering those kind of procedures in Korea.

Prior to my in person consultation, I was really nervous as I was traveling from the States to have these procedures. But during the consultation, not only did he speak perfect English, which really helped put me at ease, but he really listened to my concerns and wants, showed me the different outcomes and really tailored everything to my face symmetry without compromising any of my “needs” & wants. He also didn’t push any other surgeries which I’ve read some places will do. Pain was 2/10, maybe even a 1. After surgery, my recovery process was also very smooth. Minimal swelling, bruising and pain. The staff was also really friendly and helpful as well, especially Yunji and Savina (English consultants). Overall, my experience was amazing, the results even better and I would definitely, absolutely, 10000% recommend this clinic and Dr. Kim! I absolutely love my new nose & eyes. I recently had double chin lipo with muscle tightening, fat transfer to my nasolabial folds, and incisional double eyelid surgery with Dr. Jeong. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m happy with my results so far. My main insecurity was my chin - I didn’t really have a double chin when looking straight on, but it was very noticeable as soon as I looked down. The WhatsApp inquiry was prompt and the online photo consult was very convenient. Communication with the English consultant was generally good, though I did have to follow up a few times. For the in-person consult, just be aware that it’s very fast and ‘no-fuss’. Dr. Jeong speaks fluent English and was very professional, but definitely have your questions ready beforehand. On surgery day, everything moved quickly. The operating room was busy with a lot of staff working at once before I was put under. The nurses were a bit rough, and recovery felt a little rushed; they originally told me to wait until my IV was finished, but then asked me to leave halfway through the bag because they needed the bed for someone else. In the week after the surgery, I went back twice for post-op care (drain and stitch removal). There was minimal wait time and it was very straightforward. I’m still healing, so I have some expected swelling and hardening in my chin and some eyelid asymmetry, but I know it takes a few months to see the final result. Overall, I would recommend Woori, and price is affordable compared to my home country (Australia). Note: I was offered a discount on the chin portion for this review, but all opinions are my own.

As my first time having experienced plastic surgery. Woori is the best choice for me. I have consulted with a lot of clinics/hospitals before choosing Woori. But I chose Woori because they are very approachable, they have English speaking staffs and beautiful results. I had 2 point facial contour surgery where they reduced my jaw and make my chin advanced. I love my results so much. It is not factory like and very natural. I still look like me but the prettier version of me. My surgeon was Dr. Lim and he did a great job. I am in awe and grateful that I decided to have facial contour surgery at Woori. Now I do not feel insecure.
