He clearly explained all potential procedures and after discussing my goals, recommended the best options for me. I had a minimal incision SMAS lift, fat grafting, and upper blepharoplasty, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The interpreters, Jean and Jen, were wonderful, making communication effortless and ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. The 345 Plastic Surgery Clinic team was attentive, supportive, and reassuring, which helped me feel calm and confident before surgery. I appreciated the clinic’s transparency, including access to CCTV footage of the surgery if needed, which gave extra reassurance about safety and proper practice. Post-surgery care was excellent, including Healite treatments to support faster recovery and thoughtful touches like complimentary hair washes. I am very happy with the result and the recovery was smooth and painless. I started with online consultations with 3 different clinics. 345 Plastic Surgery Clinics gave me the best, most honest evaluation and estimate quote. Their proposed procedures matches my exact concerns and areas that I would like to improve. They did not upsell unnecessary procedures. The other clinics gave me a long lists of procedures that I am not interested in and not part of my concerns. 345 also offered me free onsite consultation while other clinics required me to pay for on-site consultation. Dr Han Kyu Nam did my in-person consultation and he was also my doctor. I was surprised the level of details that he did in the evaluation as I have not committed to any procedures. He proposed the procedures that would work best for me. Again, there is no up sell and matched the original online evaluations. He took time to answer questions and concerns that both my husband and I had. He is gentle and fluent in English. We liked Dr Han a lot and move forward to schedule the surgery without checking other clinics. 345 Plastic Surgery is clean and staff are very helpful. Especially the interpreter Jean. She is super helpful, fluent in Cantonese and English. I really like her. I was able to request to view CCTV. 345 Plastic Surgery Clinic provides swelling laser treatment for after care and schedule is easy. Staff is very supportive and responsive for any questions/inquiries I have even I am like in 1 month after the procedure. I highly recommend this clinics.
