We had such a great experience at Reone! The clinic is very clean, and the staff speak fluent English, so communication was easy. My boyfriend got a bunch of moles removed and is healing well. Our main skin concern was super dryness, and the doctor gave a very thorough consultation and personalized treatments. Our skin already feels and looks much better! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Korea. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst dermatology I've ever been. Upsell, unprofessional and aggressive marketing! I have had dermatology and aesthetic treatments in China, UK, and United States, so I have a fairly good understanding of what professional aesthetic procedures should look like. Unfortunately, Reone Dermatology was the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Before traveling to Korea, I consulted with several dermatology clinics. Reone had the highest price among all the clinics I contacted, so I expected a at least average standard of professionalism and results. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Ultherapy - 400 shots within 10 mins The entire Ultherapy procedure was completed in under 10 minutes. After the procedure, my face had no swelling, no tenderness, and absolutely no reaction, which made me seriously question whether the treatment was performed properly. 2. Botox – completely ineffective I received Botox for forehead lines, glabellar lines, and crow’s feet, and it had zero effect. The injections were finished in less than 5 minutes. My mother had Botox done at the same time and also experienced absolutely no results. In every clinic I have been to in the UK, US, and China, doctors always ask patients to raise their eyebrows, frown, or smile before injecting Botox. This is because muscle placement and strength differ for each person. However, the doctor here never asked me to move my facial muscles even once. She immediately started injecting as if working on a mannequin rather than a real patient. 3. Extremely rushed and careless treatments I received Ultherapy + Rejuran + Botox, and every single procedure felt extremely rushed and careless. The treatments were completed so quickly that it felt more like a production line than a medical procedure. 4. Translator issues The Chinese translator tried her best, but she was clearly not professionally trained. She frequently could not understand my questions, and the explanations were confusing and inconsistent. 5. Upsell, aggressive marketing toward Western The clinic charges very high prices, but the environment and service do not justify the cost. What the clinic does have is very aggressive marketing toward Western customers, especially on Instagram, where their ads appear everywhere. It honestly feels like the money is spent on marketing rather than medical quality. 6. Concerning behavior when I asked for treatment records When I realized my Ultherapy treatment was finished in about 10 minutes, I asked the clinic to provide the treatment record. At first, they told me there was no record. Only after I became very upset and mentioned reporting the issue did they suddenly claim they had “made a mistake” and that there was a record after all, which confirmed the treatment lasted about 10 minutes. They then told me: “In Korea, local patients usually care more about the after effects and the doctor’s hand skills rather than the records, so this situation is new for us.” However, in my case there were no after effects and no results whatsoever. Considering this clinic charges premium prices, the overall experience was shockingly unprofessional. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic look carefully at other options before making a decision.

I went back in November 2024 but posting my experience now since one of my TikTok comments blew up. I had 7 treatments and the total came out to $4000 usd after tax refund. In my opinion you can go somewhere cheaper for the same results. I liked the results which showed after 3 months but don’t think it was worth what I paid especially when there’s cheaper clinics out there. The consultation was thorough and doctors were nice but the TikTok influencers make the treatments way out more than it seems. Influencers get the pamper treatment and the normal customers get the normal treatment. Not a bad experience but wouldn’t recommend

Had such a lovely experience st Reone. We did several treatments in about two hours. Dr. Hye explained everything so well and guided me through the whole process. She also has the gentlest hands. Will definitely be back next time I am in Seoul.

Arrived to Reone by train to Gangnam station, from Hongik University. Boarded the blue bus 145 from Line 2, Gangnam Station then 6 stops down. (Alight at the 7th!) Google Maps is hopeless, make sure to download and use NAVAR Maps from the app store! I love this clinic. Easy to book an appointment with them via WhatsApp. The doctor is friendly and sincere. If I do come back to South Korea, I’ll definitely drop by again.
