The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. Heejung, our consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. Justin helped with translation and was also very knowledgeable, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The whole team truly went above and beyond to make sure we received the best treatments and felt well taken care of.
