Considering that this was a free online consultation, it gave me confidence to undergo surgery with him. Dr. Ryu was very meticulous and detailed when he designed the folds for my eyelids and he was very gentle during surgery. The English coordinators were very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my whole stay. I was sent pumpkin juice to help with healing which was very considerate and excellent customer service.
