I am staying here for 3 nights and I am beyond disappointed. The bathroom have awful layouts, the AC doesn’t work and my room will not get cooler than 27 degrees, I have a rash all over my body after spending one night sleeping in the sheets, and upon arriving there was a literal blood stain on my headboard of my bed. The location is nice but do not stay here. It is not worth it at all.

it’s a co-working space with a hotel as well. the rooms are pretty basic and provide a good enough space for a no frills vacation, if your intent is to spend most of the day outside. the air conditioning is centrally controlled and is something to take note of - i went in spring and the AC was switched off entirely. we had to open the windows for some ventilation and cool breeze to come in (don’t worry there’s a bug mesh). aside than that it is placed in a fantastic location at seogyo-dong, which is in between mangwon and hongdae. you get great accessibility to other areas of seoul with the subway options available, and there’s plenty to eat and do around the area too. plenty of chill cafes and restaurants that aren’t too expensive and are actually really decent.
