From the moment I looked at MACS clinic's before and after page and reviews from past patients... I knew that this was the practice that I wanted to have my double jaw and facial contouring surgeries performed at. The absolutely beautiful transformations performed by the doctors at the clinic, albeit I have a soft spot for my personal doctor... Dr.박재봉, would make anyone interested in such procedures feel the same way. However, the moment you actually enter the clinic will definitely solidify your confidence in choosing MACS because the whole ambience/aesthetic of the hospital is immaculate. Their branding is apparent in the most tasteful way, the lobby is well put together and the design throughout the entire hospital makes you feel like you're in an incredibly professional environment. Along with that air of professionalism though is the welcoming nature of the staff. From the front desk, the on duty nurses, and the doctors themselves, everyone did a good job of making me feel at home and like I was receiving the utmost care and consideration while I made my way through the tests and various stages of being at the clinic. The front desk team were very helpful working with DocFinerKorea and I when processing my paperwork and payments and showing me around the hospital while the nurses prepped me for surgery. The nursing staff was also a key factor during my healing process while at the hospital for my two day stay. Each and every nurse that entered my room always made sure that I felt okay, that I had my nutrition milks to aid in my recovery, they adjusted my head bandage and helped change my ice packs. They also helped me walk for the first time and stood by the bathroom for me in the beginning, and they encouraged me to walk to help with my swelling. The nurses that helped during the surgical prep were also very gentle and courteous while leading me through the CT scan processes, wafer molding and pre/post operative photo shoots. Every nurse was so nice and honestly made me not want to leave the hospital because they cared for me better than I care for myself. 😂 Then we talk about the angel of the hour, Dr.박재봉, who was a joy to be around and was always smiling and complimenting me throughout my recovery. He was exceptionally thorough during both of my consultations and expressed in great detail what was feasible when it came to my cosmetic/surgical results and even showed an AI simulation of what he was going to do to my face. I was beyond elated when I saw what was waiting for me on the other side of anesthesia! Then when I woke up... The results were better than the simulation. Even swollen, my face was half its original size and it has just gotten smaller and more symmetrical as the swelling goes down. He worked his magic hands and transformed me from a skeleton to a princess and I don't regret a single minute of this moment in my life. MACS OMFS has changed my outlook on life and self confidence forever... I have such a big spot in my heart for my doctor and all of the staff at this clinic because they really were my dream team. So... if you want the No.1 care team for oral and maxillofacial surgeries (in my opinion..) you really need to work on getting your appointment set up asap with MACS, because they are it.
