I truly enjoyed my treatment at Jfeel! All of the staff & doctors were extremely sweet and attentive. It was a relaxing glow-time, and a very convenient location right next to Hongdae station. I'll be back for sure. 😚💝

The consultant aggressively pushed Ellansé to me at the very beginning, claiming it’s "not a filler like Hyaluronic, just collagen," even though I had made it very clear that I didn’t want a filler. I turned it down as it was over my budget and did a research later: Ellansé is an irreversible, un-dissolvable filler. If complications (like hard lumps) occur, it cannot be melted and requires surgery to scrape out. Downplaying this risk to foreign patients is highly unethical. The treating doctor later agreed with me that my Ultherapy would focus mainly on my cheeks and jawline, skipping the forehead. Inexplicably, the staff injected the numbing shots into my cheeks and forehead, and NOT near the jawline or lower part of my face. As a result, my actual target areas had much less pain relief, making the Ultherapy excruciatingly painful and unbearable. What’s worse is that they never provided an itemized invoice upfront, just a vague "package price," and gave no official receipt after the treatments. I don’t know whether this is normal in Korean derm clinics, but when we explicitly demanded an invoice, they sent staff to argue that they "only have package prices without breakdowns." We had to strongly insist just to get the details sent via an instant messaging app—and still received no official receipt! It was only then I realized I was charged the skin analysis fee. While this fee was mentioned during resservation , my friends (who hold different passports) had it completely waived AND received free bonus treatments, despite me spending MORE than one of them. Refusing to provide proper medical receipts, which effectively hides this kind of discriminatory pricing based on nationality, is totally unacceptable. There were more mess-ups, such as giving completely contradictory after-treatment care instructions to us even though we had very similar procedures, and offering recovery ointment to my friends while completely forgetting mine. Overall, I feel they are careless with medical procedures and use shady business tactics. AND I highly recommend you to take time to do research if you hear anything new in any clinic.

I visited this clinic for the first time because I have problematic skin. The staff speaks English, but you can also get a consultation in Japanese, Chinese, or Thai. A lovely consultant helped me choose a procedure, taking my health restrictions into account. During the Gold Acne PTT procedure, I felt no pain at all, and my skin was glowing immediately afterward.
