I came here for neck and shoulder slimming Botox, and everyone was so kind. The clinic has such a pleasant and welcoming vibe—I regret not coming sooner! I’ve had constant neck pain every day, and it also affected my appearance. I’m hoping this treatment will help relieve the pain and give me a slimmer look. Should have tried nose lifting too (maybe next time!)

First time visiting the clinic. The environment is comfortable. Did both face and body treatments after doctor’s consultation. I was nervous during injections but my doctor and the other staffs encouraged me well. All the staffs are friendly especially my doctor who performed the treatments perfectly and provided detailed guidance and my interpreter who translated well. I start to feel the improvement of my skin condition after two days. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends.

My experience at Herne has been exceptional. My friends and I traveled all the way from China specifically for this “hospital”that’s what we call in China. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed about every step of the process. The place is like Hermes store, very clean and beautifully designed. Since we can’t speak Korean, they assigned a translator for us who is very kind and helpful :)) We firstly talked with the consultant then the doctor. The doctor is highly skilled and attentive, and she gave us many plans. Very importantly, there is no hard sale, but waiting is sometime a little longer. We will definitely be returning for future treatments!
