The Thai receptionists were both very friendly and helpful, and the doctor who performed my treatment was also professional and kind. However, we felt that the consultation process was too rushed. Instead of providing detailed recommendations based on my skin condition, it seemed more focused on our requests and encouraging us to make a payment as quickly as possible. We also felt rushed throughout the entire process, even though the clinic was not busy at the time. Besides, I believe the explanation before and after the procedure could be much clearer. When I came out of the treatment room, I wasn’t sure whether my treatment was actually finished. I asked a staff member outside, but the explanation wasn’t clear, so I had to confirm again with the Thai interpreter to understand which step had been completed. Considering that the prices are 2–3 times higher than many other clinics in Korea, I expected a more attentive consultation and clearer communication. I hope the clinic can give patients more time to ask questions and make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

Had my first Korean skin care experience! It wasn’t planned so I didn’t have an appointment but they were very helpful in helping me set up one for the next day. The service at Forena was fantastic, it was an efficient and friendly service. They have a great view of the city while you wait and offer tea and coffee. They have a locker room for your belongings, a backpack and purse fit nicely while you get your procedure done. I got the genesis laser. Took about 5-7 mins for the procedure itself.
