Good environment and good Chinese transportation support. I did booster injection and all the experience are good. I did not feel any uncomfortable, doctor is nice.

I have been visiting Floria Clinic in Seomyeon for an acne scar treatment package, and I recently completed my 4th session. I am extremely satisfied with both the results and the overall experience so far. From the first visit, the staff were very kind, professional, and thorough in explaining each step of the treatment. My consultant, Ms. Jo Yun-hwa (조윤화), has been especially attentive. She always checks my skin condition carefully, listens to my concerns, and adjusts the treatment intensity and aftercare advice to match my situation. Thanks to her detailed explanations, I always know what to expect after each session and how to take care of my skin at home. The doctors and nurses work very smoothly as a team. The procedures are done carefully, with good pain control and clear guidance during the session. The clinic environment is clean, organized, and comfortable, and the reception staff are efficient and friendly when booking or changing appointments. Even though acne scar treatment takes time and multiple sessions, I can see my skin texture gradually improving and the overall redness and scars becoming less noticeable. I am also preparing to leave Korea soon for visa procedures and graduate school, and the clinic has been very understanding and flexible about my schedule. They helped me plan my remaining sessions in a way that is safe for my skin but still makes the most of the treatment package before I go. Extremely satisfied with my experience with Floria clinic. Clinic has a zen vibe and clean. A lot of locals here. Sales consultant and translator is extremely patient to understand my needs and concern. Zero hard sell/cross sell. Able to educate me the diff type of treatments and why their recommendations. They made sure to show u the brand new box & do unboxing infront of you before treatment. Dr Kyu is also extremely patient and skillful. Great bedside manner. Definitely would come back again!
