Very disappointed. I visited this place because of all the recommendations on threads. Got to shout out to the receptionists, who are the only ones that showed nice and caring attitude. I’ve never been to worse beauty clinic. The consultation was very very VERY speedy. (If you’re willing to spend more, maybe you’ll get a different experience). They will charge you 30000 won for consultation fee if you forfeit doing any facial or treatment(which is totally fair).BUT the thing is that they have a new comer facial that cost 9900, and the whole process only involves a 5 minute treatment with a mask. WHAT KIND OF FACIAL IS THAT. First, you will have to wash your face by yourself. Second,the staff would just barge in accidentally during the treatment. The beautician was VERY sloppy. My friend’s beautician did not even take the time to close the door or curtain before leaving the treatment room. I would NEVER come back again. Totally NOT RECOMMEND. You can find a much better experience somewhere else with cheaper price. I came because I wanted give Korea (the country that is famous for beauty and cosmetics) facial a go. WELL it turns out to be an absolute disappointment.

Efficient and well-organized service from start to finish. The staff were professional, the process was smooth with minimal waiting time, and everything was clearly explained. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I’ve been many different clinic in Korea, this is the best of the best. 1. It’s very private, personalize clinic. When you visit other place, it looks like factory and laying down next to each other but here you get your own bed by yourself with curtain. 2. Very kind staff member. The male doctor who help me with laser, during the session he explained me so well about my skin and how to care and what kind of laser and what is good for. He recommend me what to use for foam cleansing and so on. 3. They have a machine which take a picture of your face so you can see how big is your pole and your skin condition. Importantly! This is free. And you do every time when you visit so you can see progress. 4. Reasonable price, I booked something for my acne care and but when I visit the clinic they recommend me event options, which is cheaper but very similar to what I booked before. This is my second time I visit here. I highly recommend here. I will come back here for sure!

First time visiting a beauty clinic in Korea (here with family members), was surprisingly positive experience overall. The clinic offers a variety of treatments and options, however the consultant we had was very focused on our need and gives honest suggestions. Very upfront about treatment he won’t recommend and others that would work for us (without overly trying to up-sale). The prices are much cheaper compared to Australia on comparable package. The clinic is very busy but the waiting area has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The treatment process was fast and seamless. Would come back again when visiting Seoul next.
