The process goes like this, into the clinic, fill in forms (Take ID, passport or drivers license etc.) Then to x-rays, then consultation options. Then you can either do the implant after that or book for another time. Implant is done in a private room, only took 30 minutes for 1 implant, very fast, a couple of injections, didn't feel any pain. Then back for a checkup x-ray, then instructions for after care. A ice pack is provided to limited swelling, you can re-freeze it and its recommended to apply it a few times over a couple of days to keep swelling limited, I didn't see much if any swelling. I didn't have any pain afterward, I also didn't feel much that night or the next day. They will prescribe pain killers and antibiotics for 5 days, taken 3 times a day after food plus a strong mouth wash done each morning and evening. I got the UV\u002Fbone graft\u002FTitanium implant with Zirconia crown. I have attached a photo to show what it sort of looks like. As of writing this its day 4, things seem to have healed well, UV means the bone graft and implant will bond faster than regular grafts, usually within 3 to 4 months, then the crown will be attached. There is also the standard graft, this usually takes longer to bond, maybe 5 to 6 months by what I understand. Most people will need a graft if they have had a tooth removed for a period of time, most likely if its more than 3 months because once a tooth is removed the bone starts to break down fairly quick in the mouth.
