Their explanations were easy to understand—no jargon that left me confused. The procedure was more meticulous than I had sang sang, and the doctor didn’t treat me differently just because I’m foreign. They explained the rationale behind each step so I understood why it was being done. Their techniques were gentle as well, and I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the process. I was a bit nervous before the treatment, but both the doctor and the clinic manager were very friendly, which helped me relax over time.
