Had a really great experience at this dermatology clinic in Seoul. The doctor was professional and thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly in English. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality skin care in Korea.

You will do a consultation with the Dr first with a translator beside you. This translator will follow you throughout the whole process. Once the Dr has seen you and recommended the procedures, you’ll be taken to a locked room to drop your valuables (besides the payment card and phone). Then they’ll bring you to another consultant who will then further discuss what procedures and the cost. Once you’re agreeable, they’ll take the payment and bring you to a room full of curtains where each individual will be assigned to a bed. Overall a good process. Hope the results will be great!

Not recommended for non-Korean speakers I visited with my English-speaking partner and had requested an interpreter at the time of booking via Naver. Unfortunately, the interpreter assigned was not confident in English and quickly asked if I could step in instead — which I agreed to in the moment, but became a real problem once I was in my own treatment room and couldn’t be with my partner. From that point, his experience broke down entirely due to the language barrier. A few specific concerns: The consultant marked 8 spots on his face for skin tag removal, but his face was washed before the treatment began — meaning the markings were gone by the time the technician arrived. The technician then handed my partner a mirror and asked him to locate the spots. He was surprised the technician did not know and when my partner asked what the spots actually were (he had doubts about whether removal was necessary at that point), the technician said he knew the answer but it was “too complicated in English” — and proceeded anyway. After the laser removal, a facial with cream and LED was done without any apparent protection over the treated areas. No one explained whether this was standard protocol, which left him understandably concerned. We also never met the 원장님 (head doctor), despite this being mentioned in many reviews. The entire visit took 3 hours. Overall, the clinic felt like a high-volume, aesthetics-focused operation rather than a medically grounded one. If you’re not a Korean speaker, I’d look elsewhere.

I had Onda (40kJ) at Summit Clinic, and honestly, the whole experience was so relaxing and satisfying. The treatment itself didn’t hurt at all, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind, professional, and accommodating from start to finish, making me feel comfortable the entire time. They also have English-speaking staff, which made communication easy and stress-free. The clinic atmosphere was calm and well-organized, perfect for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant treatment experience. Definitely a clinic I’d recommend if you’re considering Onda or other aesthetic treatments
