Just finished our mother & daughter treatment at Seye Gangnam and had such a nice experience 🤍 The staff was so kind, and they had a translator during the consultation which made everything much easier for me to understand in English. The clinic itself is also so cool — I absolutely loved the interior and overall atmosphere!

I had an incredibly relaxing experience with the Light One Day Brightening Course, featuring the Picosure laser and Astrodome facial. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even though I was 20 minutes late, the staff were incredibly considerate and still accommodated my treatment. The consultants were attentive and gentle, explaining every step of the process so I felt completely at ease. As a lovely bonus, there is an in-house coffee shop where you can enjoy a free drink. If you're looking for professional skin care and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this clinic!

I had a really good experience at Seye Clinic in Gangnam for my lip filler appointment. The clinic is very clean, spacious and smells really good!! which made it feel very welcoming and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated that the staff could speak English so communication was easy and everything was clearly explained. During the consultation the employees were not pushy at all. They only focused on the procedures I was genuinely interested in and took the time to explain everything in a professional and honest way. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely like to come back here on my next trip to Korea!

Front desk Staff: exceptional 10/10 Interpreter: exceptional 10/10. The consultant: I loved how she didn’t push any sales. I asked about certain procedures and she said it wouldn’t be ideal so I appreciated her honesty. 2 doctors did recommend certain procedures. Wish they could of review so I could of did those instead (but I know in korea many clinic does not do that) only if consult is done primary by doctors On site barista: 10/10 welcoming 1st doc who did onda: he was great, but I think he got distracted because they were trying to collect my blood for prp even tho he was trying to do the treatment. Eventually, the staff decided to come back later because I was cold and told them they won’t be able to get blood out of me until I warm up. Overall, I’m not sure if I got the proper time for onda. He was very nice. Recommendation for future would be, if staff can’t get blood/other things to come back later so the doctor doesn’t get distracted. Second doctor who did rejuran for face and eyes, prp for hair, etc: I felt he was rushing. During the procedures, I asked him to give me a break but he kept going, which was upsetting (that happened twice.. I asked for 3 short breaks). I was about to cry because I felt he wasn’t listening to me. I work in healthcare so when a patient says to give them a second or hold on, you stop immediately (even tho I work in USA, I didn’t have this issue at other clinics). When I got back home, I checked my face and noticed the rejuran for my eyes wasn’t under my eyes at all instead only applied on lid cheek junction area and upper cheekbone (so that area is very swollen) which is upsetting because it’s not a cheap procedure and hoping to get it under my eyes which I didn’t. For this, I wouldn’t do rejuran at this clinic. This was not my first time getting rejuran for my under eyes. Third doctor who did my re20. Exceptional. He was patient and caring which I appreciated a lot after going thru what I did for the rejuran/ other injections with the second doctor. He did it via cannula method which I really liked Consideration: I am not sure if the numbing cream was a bit less time or what but it was quite painful. I’ve had multiple injection in the past so unsure. Post skin treatment was less compared to other clinic. Also, no post procedure patient education care provided on how to care once home (personally I know how to because I work in healthcare but it’s still good to provide education on post care). If choosing this clinic, see what techniques they use. I thought I was going to get microneedling prp for my scalp bc I did mention it during consultation but maybe they didn’t understand or miscommunication occurred during translation (I am not too sure) but it was injection which injection is way painful compared to getting it via micro needling. I do appreciate the clinic staff: 10/10 I know it’s not easy getting my blood but thank you for trying and being very patient and making it a comfortable experience with the exception of the 2nd doctor.

I had the U.S.-version Ultherapy and Thermage for the eye area done at Seye Clinic. The consultant was very professional and responsible, and they also provided a translator, so communication was completely smooth and effortless. The environment was excellent as well. I will definitely choose Seye Clinic again next time I visit Korea.
