I was invited by Newstar Clinic to choose one of their skin treatments and I went with the ONDA Lifting and the Booster. Here’s my honest review: Ambiance: the cozy interior of the clinic actually looks like a fancy coffee shop, with a nice atmosphere, massage chairs, and they even have a coffee bar! Staff: the staff were super welcoming, nice and professional. They examined my skin, asked me questions and explained all the procedures thoroughly. The doctor who did the procedures on me was always asking me if I was feeling any pain, while also explaining each step as she was doing it. ONDA Lifting: it’s my second time getting this. Although it’s not a particularly painful treatment it can get uncomfortable, but thankfully the doctor was skilled and also kept adapting it so I could be comfortable at all times. ONDA takes a couple of weeks for the best visible results, but it’s true that you can see the difference instantly, I love it! Thank you Newstar for the amazing experience!

I recently was invited back after their renewal opening, and the new space feels so much more spacious! It really has the atmosphere of a premium clinic, but still feels calm and comfortable. I focused on pore care and received the Mirajet Glass treatment. The staff explained everything clearly, and the treatment rooms felt very private, like a true private clinic experience. They use authentic devices and products, and everything felt professional and hygienic. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend it.

A clinic you absolutely shouldn’t miss if you’re interested in beauty treatments. I was impressed from the moment I walked in — the atmosphere was amazing, almost like visiting a café. Most importantly, the doctor was incredibly attentive and dedicated. I’ll definitely be coming back again for sure.

From my initial contact requesting info whilst in New Zealand to arriving in Seoul, meeting the staff and having my treatment yesterday, I can say hand on heart that the service at New Star clinic far exceeded my expectations. The spotlessly clean and luxurious premises, the staff attitude, the procedures - everything was just exceptional. I felt completely relaxed and safe the minute the English speaking co-ordinator greeted me. I first had a consultation to go through what were my concerns in my face and have it all priced up. I really appreciated their recommendations without them being pushy and they didn’t rush me. I ended up choosing 6 different treatments. The prices were a fraction of what I would have paid at home so I ended up getting more done and just going for it whilst was there! I was so pampered with so much individual attention, the whole experience was just incredible. They did all the treatments on the same day. I can’t wait to see the results once the redness and swelling has gone down. I will be back at New Star clinic and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Went to NewStar Clinic for my first ever skin treatment in Korea. I loved the ambiance of the place as it was very calming and everything was really clean and neat. I did the ONDA Lifting treatment and the staff assisted me really well. They also provide you with skincare products for you to cleanse your skin. Overall the treatment was not painful at all as they also provide you with numbing cream. And they even provide you with a facemask afterwards. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends!
