My consultant Jasmine was highly professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly and giving me confidence in my decision. During and after the procedure, Lisa and Lina were polite, patient, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Kwon Hyo Jeong who performed the surgery was very gentle, she provided clear, detailed explanations and practical recommendations without overpromise anything. I also consulted with Dr. Kim for dermatology treatments, he was professional and not pushy at all, which made me feel very comfortable. Nana has a wonderful team, and their aftercare was equally impressive. I highly recommend the clinic and hope to do more treatments in the near future.
