I am bombarded with her defensive behavior. Why is she defensive? Because she knows this is wrong anyway. It's a permanent work on my face, and they are busy convincing you to get surgery done, knowing they don't care about the after result. She was impressively rude over the phone, and I had to let her know that she is not suggesting any resolutions or options I could consider. The policy still apply until December 2024, and they don't want to be responsible for it. I am telling you - the hospital didn't look at my face.
