Dr Lee Joo Hong has a very nice manner and explained the entire procedure before I went into surgery, addressing my questions in a kind way. The staff and the theatre are highly professional and efficiently managed. My translator Lia was outstanding, she was with me through the experience, she was very friendly, approachable and thorough. The surgeon and the nurses were very gentle with me on the day of surgery and also when I had my sutures removed. I was impressed with the care pack on discharge. My surgery was a resounding success, my eyes were done beautifully, my lids perfectly even and a good height to suit my face, the grafting filled in the hollows I had and even though I initially had hesitations about it, I can now see the difference it has made to my eyes. Overall DM plastic surgery is excellent and I have already been recommending this to my friends, all of whom have commented on how good my eyes look and how impressed the scars have been healing and are almost invisible day 21 when I returned to Australia.
