Staff was so nice and accommodating. Despite a slight language barrier they were able to clearly communicate what they suggested and what they were doing. I’m very satisfied with the outcome of my hair especially since it was a bit difficult to get the exact color but they figured out a way to get me what I wanted. They even gave suggestions for the products I should use to prolong my color and also what hair cut would suit my face. Hyun Ah and Do Sang Rye were the ones who helped me and they are really skilled so I recommend them if you want to dye your hair. .

Like many people say, this place offers more than just salon services—it's a true experience. My daughter was completely in love with how she was treated and fascinated by the whole process. ​A huge thank you to Min Seok, the stylist who took care of us. His attention to detail, service, and professionalism were truly excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our trip. Highly recommended!

Juno Hair offered many different services and walk-ins are no problem! Which made me very happy because I was just visiting and didn’t plan out my days so decided to try to squeeze in a hair cut and color an to my surprise Juno Hair salon could take me! They are a very busy salon but they have a system that works well! Green my stylist and Yujin was her apprentice were very friendly and provided exceptional service! Green spoke very good English so the consultation went very well. She also offered her professional advice and suggested some other services that they provide without being pushy and made me feel comfortable if declined. I appreciated that because I felt that she cared about my hair and provided information about the other services that I would not have known they offered. I liked that they offered a drink and a little snack while getting your hair done and even have charging ports at the processing table so you can charge your phone while your hair is processing. My hair came out beautiful and more healthy! Thank you Green for making my experience at Juno Hair a pleasant and very memorable one! Had a wonderful experience with the blow dry service at Juno Hair Myeongdong! A big thank you to Min Kyung and Su Yeon for their excellent service and attention to detail. They were friendly, professional and made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived. The lovely atmosphere and warm hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. 去juno hair明洞4号店体验了一下他们的项目，分享一下过程。院长面诊的时候拿镜子让我看自己的脸，用手指指出我的面部特点，告诉我为什么有的项目适合有的人不适合。不会为了成交就什么都答应，而是真的从我的面部需求出发做方案规划。整个沟通下来感觉不是在推销，是在解决问题。做项目的时候院长的手法很稳，能感觉到不是新手操作。每一步之前都有充分的沟通，问我有没有不舒服的地方。治疗过程中也会根据我的耐受度随时调整，很负责任。周末人真的不少，等了大概20分钟才轮到我。整体来说值得去，服务流程很顺畅。
