The laser treatment I received here was good as far as I can see (it was my first time doing one). My problem with this place as a foreigner, was the follow up treatment “after” the procedure. The consultation with doctor Jang Sun Bin was good, because he explained everything in perfect English. The problem came immediately after the procedure. The office manager who had quoted the price for this procedure and the extras included (three HBOT treatments) did not speak much English and suddenly “forgot”that these expensive treatments were included! I had to ask and be proactive in demanding them, because it was for them like “you are done and now goodbye”! The big problem this place has, is that NOBODY except for the doctor and a very nice assistant at the HBOT treatment center in the basement, speaks English!! There are no follow up appointments programmed unless the patient (myself!) asks for them. The doctor even told me that they did not offer translation services (!) when I asked for some guidelines for post-treatment! He reluctantly gave me so, but you could tell that he was not happy about it. I chose this place because of closeness to where I was staying in Seoul. Never researched prices elsewhere, but I am sure that there are other less expensive options with personnel who speak English and are more professional.
