However, even after the third-floor waiting area had emptied three times, I still wasn't called. After noticing this and checking the time, I decided to leave. I had waited from 8:40 AM until 10:05 AM—a very long wait. No one came to explain the delay. No one offered any explanation; it was just more waiting. In fact, the only person who spoke to me was the male receptionist at the front desk. After that, I went up to the third floor, where no one acknowledged my presence. Everyone seemed indifferent and nonchalant. The staff wasn't busy; they were simply sitting there—between ten and fifteen people across two corners.\n\nThis hospital is a mess.
