March 18, 2025. This was one of the worst hospital experiences I've had in Korea. I arrived for a scar revision consultation and was told the wait to see the doctor would be short—possibly within five minutes. I began waiting at 8:40 AM. I sat there as numerous Korean patients were called in, presumably because they had scheduled appointments before me. That was understandable. However, even after the third-floor waiting area had emptied three times, I still wasn't called. After noticing this and checking the time, I decided to leave. I had waited from 8:40 AM until 10:05 AM—a very long wait. No one came to explain the delay. No one offered any explanation; it was just more waiting. In fact, the only person who spoke to me was the male receptionist at the front desk. After that, I went up to the third floor, where no one acknowledged my presence. Everyone seemed indifferent and nonchalant. The staff wasn't busy; they were simply sitting there—between ten and fifteen people across two corners. This hospital is a mess. I strongly recommend avoiding it, as professionalism and Korean hospitality were completely absent. P.S. There were two doctors. One seemed preoccupied, running around and adjusting the doctor's portrait monitor to straighten it. He is the second guy in the photo.

The doctor and the assistant were incredably rude& cranky. It was a strange experience that the doctor be cynical from the beginning. the consultation was loose less than 2 mins which was $20-ish. He sniffed. I asked which laser on my scar, he goes "a laser~" without looking and it ended there. the coordinator draged me out for the cost (Fraxel $150 per a time) and was so eggy. I don't understand why they are so bilious.

그냥 다른 병원에 가는 것이 정신 건강과 신체 건강에 매우 좋습니다. 접수 프로세스는 최악입니다. 1 층에서는 은행처럼 순번 대기표 받고 대기 후 접수증 수령, 3 층에서 접수증 제출 후 다시 대기, 의사 진료, 다시 1층 번호 대기표 받고 대기, 차례대로 비용 지불합니다. 정말 서비스 업종인 병원이 은행이나 관공서도 아니고 이상합니다. 접수대 직원 1명이 모든 업무 처리합니다. 진료실이 3층이라 엘리베이터를 기다립니다. 느려 터졌습니다. 응급환자라면 미칠 지경일 것입니다. 그냥 계단으로 가는 것을 추천합니다. 24 시간 응급실을 운영하는 병원이 1 층에는 응급실이 없는 곳은 처음입니다. 진료실에서 상처를 소독 치료하고 집에 돌아 왔습니다. 갑자기 봉합한 멀쩡한 입술이 피가 펑펑 나오기 시작합니다. 다시 병원에 전화해서 방문합니다. 1층 번호표받고 대기, 다시 접수증들고, 이번에는 계단으로 이동, 3층 에서 소독하고, 1층 번호표 받고, 다시 기다리다 추가 치료비를 지불하라고 하네요 다음날 예약된 시간에 오라고 합니다. 다음날 예약된 시간에 방문합니다. 예약도 마찬가지 입니다. 1층 번호표 받고 대기 , 다시 접수증 들고 3층 방문 다시 소독합니다. 소독은 집에서도 할 수 있는 정도입니다. 며칠 후, 나는 얼굴 부위는 5일 정도 후에 꿰맨 실밥을 제거해야 한다고 알고 있었습니다. 그런데 의사가 9일 이후 방문하라고 합니다. 7일째 되는 날 밤에 입술이 찢어지는 느낌이 옵니다. 실밥은 이미 입술 피부 깊숙히 파고 들고 있습니다. 밤 10시에 병원에 전화를 하니, 직원 답변이 거의 코미디입니다. 나는 원무과 직원이고 의사가 아니라서 모른다. 내일 방문해달라. 그래서 입술 찢어질 상황이라고 말했더니 다시 전화를 주겠다고 합니다. 그런데 답변이 간호사들은 나에게 병원에 와야한답니다. 의사는 어디에 있는지요? 그래서 다시 말했더니 의사를 바꿔줍니다. 의사가 보통 7일 안에는 실밥뽑아야 된답니다. 밤에 병원 가는 것도 힘들어서 그냥 집에서 실밥 잘랐습니다.

24/11/12, 15 아이가 턱을 타쳐서 응급차로 도착한 곳이 한강수병원, 화상 및 외상 치료/수술 받을 수 있는 곳이고, 아무래도 성형까지 고려하다 보니 병원비가 많이 나오는 경향은 있는 것 같습니다만, 그래도 환자입장에선 전문병원이 있다는게 다행이다 싶습니다. 지금은 주차장 확장공사중으로 좀 어수선하긴 하고 역시 평일에도 환자가 매우 많네요. 아이부터 어른까지, 진료과목 선생님은 외과, 성형외과, 소아청소년과 등 다양하고 선생님도 10명이 넘는 것 같아요. 규모는 있는 편입니다. (진료는 상태에 따라 매일 방문 해야할 수도 있음)

在hangangsoo醫院做完了項目，来分享一下真實體驗。面診的时候醫生沒有敷衍，也沒有盲目顺着我的想法走。我說想做什么項目，醫生会认真分析我的面部条件，告诉我哪些适合、哪些其實沒必要。讲解很通俗，不会扔一堆專業术語让我听不懂。做項目的时候院長的手法很稳，能感覺到不是新手操作。每一步之前都有充分的溝通，问我有沒有不舒服的地方。治療過程中也会根据我的耐受度随时调整。整體體驗不錯，会考虑再來。
