양악 상담 투어 다니는 중인데, 다른 병원에서는 당일 예약 강요가 너무 심해서 심적으로 부담이 정말 컸어요. 아무래도 큰 수술이다 보니 신중하고 싶었는데, 에버엠치과는 그런 강요나 압박이 전혀 없어서 마음이 정말 편했습니다. 원장님께서 수술 과정이나 제 상태에 대해 일반인 눈높이에 맞춰 알아듣기 쉽게 친절하게 설명해 주신 덕분에 확 믿음이 가더라고요. 직원분들도 다들 너무 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 상담받고 왔습니다. 저처럼 양악 신중하게 고민하시는 분들께 꼭 상담받아 보시라고 추천하고 싶어요. 저는 에버엠으로 정했습니다!

I see EverM being mentioned a lot, but my recent online chat with them has been nothing but frustrating. I asked them whether they would work with my orthodontist, and how they would work with an orthodontist (their preferred clinics or not). This was to figure out what I might need to plan for if I went with them. To my repeated questions and clarifications around my questions about orthodontics, the replies were: A couple times, they were telling me that they're not orthodontists. Ignoring the question one time. Then telling me they don't give concrete treatment plans (I didn't once ask about the specifics. I literally only asked _how_ they work with orthodontists before or after surgery - something that's completely missing on the English website). After venting out the frustration, they finally told me they don't work with US orthodontists - my only question in my first message, after several rounds of exchanges. They also asked if I'd be willing to just go with them without really giving me any idea of what the surgical methods may be like or rough assessments - I wasn't expecting anything concrete, but there was just nothing for me to judge how well they'd do in my case. If the clinic reads this, consider this: I'm spending an amount equivalent to basically a new car, for a major surgery and treatment that lasts years with high risks. I read your website, and it only has one single paragraph of a generic description of double jaw. Of course I would need to know more. And then I get told "we're not orthodontists" - I already found your website, your WhatsApp, why would anyone have this kind of belief? To me, I still can't make sense of all this confusion. I'm not 100% sure they're ready for people who have done a ton of preparations and research, and just want to get a quick outline and specific information that matter to them. Based on all I've read online, their doctors seem highly skilled and amazing. I'm almost certain the results would be great especially since they're getting these outstanding reviews without the extravagant marketing campaigns most clinics do. This was what originally appealed to me, but I'm just unable to get past the communication hurdle.

Six months after the surgery, I'm still very satisfied! Not only the results of the surgery, but also the meticulous progress check and kind explanation of the pin removal consultation, I can trust you to the end. It's right next to Nonhyeon Station, so it was very accessible, so it was convenient every time I visited the hospital. Evermch Department is satisfied with everything from surgery to follow-up care, I sincerely recommend it!😍

Been a very excellent service ever since i came to korea from sending me to my hotel from the airport and my recovery during my stay at the clinic was absolutely very well oragnised and the staff were all well mannered and polite thankyou for this wonderful experience. 去爱宝牙科醫院看了一下牙齿，比想象中顺利很多。醫生先看了我之前的牙科记录，然后重新做了检查。說有些问题可以暂时不处理定期观察就好，不用什么都做。感覺蠻良心的，不是那种为了业绩什么都推薦的地方。洁牙的时候醫生手法很專業，每颗牙齿都清洁到位了，连平时刷不到的死角都处理得很干净。做完之後牙齿感覺滑滑的，口气也清新了很多。等了一会儿才开始，前面有人在做項目，能理解。整體體驗不錯，会考虑再來。
