Came to get some beauty treatments done while visiting Seoul. I had an appointment at 1PM and was seen for a consult at 1:20PM, then I washed my face and was taken for “before” photos and waited almost 2.5 hours to be treated by the doctor. I was finished with my appointment around 4PM. I received Botox and Ellanse which I was happy with for the price I paid (3 Botox areas + 2 syringes for $1200 USD), however being there for 3 hours was just too long. The staff were all very friendly which I appreciated. Don’t think I would come back due to the wait time.

This place is top notch. Firstly, it's not super congested nor factory style. The consultation is very thorough; I appreciated the honesty. They provide honest and realistic recommendations for you to achieve the desired the results. This is important because there have been places I've been to and they give you the kitchen sink of options (it's overwhelming). They are not pushy about things, however, the doctors are motivated for the patient to achieve good results. Treatments are by doctors. I had Onda. The doctor was extremely attentive and service-oriented, and spoke really good English. Their bedside manner was excellent.
