I walked into Dr. E Laser as a first-time visitor to Korea with zero knowledge of what to expect. The world of Korean skin clinics is overwhelming — the options are endless, the price ranges are wide, and if you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s easy to feel lost. I chose Dr. E Laser because it felt like the right middle ground between budget options and the more premium clinics(not a factory clinic AT ALL), and that instinct turned out to be completely right. From the start, I was clear that I didn’t want anything too intensive since it was my first time, but I also didn’t want to spend significant money without seeing real results. The clinic listened. They met me exactly where I was -no pressure, no upselling, just a genuine effort to find the right balance for my needs and concerns. That in itself made a huge difference. But honestly, the reason I’m writing this review is Ray. Ray is the office manager and translator, and he is simply extraordinary. He stayed with me and my friend for the entire six hours — checking in constantly, keeping us entertained and distracted, making sure we were comfortable and confident in every decision we made. Throughout the whole process I kept second-guessing myself (it’s a lot of money and a lot of trust to put in a place you’ve never been to before), and Ray was there every single time to listen, reassure, and make sure the doctor was fully aware of my concerns as treatment was happening. He didn’t stop there —after everything was done, he walked us to the pharmacy to pick up my post-treatment medicines. And even after that, he gave us recommendations for Seoul just because he genuinely wanted us to have a great trip. Ray went from being a clinic employee to a friend in the span of one day, and that says everything about the kind of place Dr. E Laser is. I now have a go-to clinic and a go-to person every time I come back to Korea. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I took both of my boys for their skin treatment (mostly for the acne scars). The staffs are very kind and professional, the clinic is nice & clean. The location is convenient, too. Overall we all had good experience- highly recommend!
