He said I had a deviated septum.  He performed a hasty septoplasty on me.  My nose bridge sunk and it caused me not be able to breathe in my right side.  After consulting with a few other doctors, they said that Jin caused my valve to collapse.  I went back to him.  He said he would need to use my rib to rebuild my nose.  I should have have never let him do that, because he does very quick and shoddy work.  He added a piece of rib cap graft to my tip but did not carefully carve it smoothly.  It almost poked through my skin because you can easily see it (white color).  My doctor now suspects that he placed the spreader graft too low because my right side is uncomfortable still and it is hard to draw air in.  Dr. Jin simply did not spend adequate time in my surgery even though he promised that he would not rush this time.   His after care is terrible.  Unlike other rhinoplasty surgeons, he does not use any packing inside the nostrils after surgery to prevent swelling.   My nose swelled more than it should.
