I have always wanted to try and do this colour analysis. My colour consultant Hazel was super friendly and speaks fluent English. She is very professional, she helped me understand how to compare different colours. Its more than just colours. Hazel would elaborate more in depth! U have to try it to know what is it exactly about! It helps you to understand more about colours in a different way! Its totally a fun experience! Highly recommend , you would love it!

Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering the price. • I specifically asked before the analysis whether my tinted sunscreen should be removed, and I was told it wasn't necessary. As the consultation went on, I became concerned because the results appeared much warmer than my natural skin tone, so I asked again for it to be removed. Once it was removed, my skin measurements changed. Despite that, I was told the analysis could not be repeated because measurements are only allowed once. This left me with very little confidence in the accuracy of my results. • I repeatedly asked questions about my results, including asking the same question three times, and my questions were never answered. • I wanted to purchase additional services, but I was only told after the consultation had already started that this would not be possible. • I left without understanding my results because almost nothing was properly explained. After I raised these concerns, the studio's response focused almost entirely on the fact that I had arrived late. Yes, I was late, and I have never disputed that. However, the studio chose to continue my appointment, accepted full payment, and never explained before we started that my consultation would be significantly limited. If I had been told that upfront, I would have happily rescheduled. Being late does not explain why my questions were ignored, why I was told my sunscreen would not affect the analysis when it clearly changed the measurements once it was removed, why the analysis was not repeated after those measurements changed, or why I left without understanding the results of a consultation I paid a premium price for. Instead of addressing those concerns, the studio repeatedly pointed to my lateness rather than taking responsibility for the problems with the consultation itself. I left feeling dismissed, confused, and with very little confidence that the recommendations I received were even accurate. I cannot recommend this studio.
