I had double eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Lee Wu Seop in October, and Amanda assisted me throughout the entire process, from booking and answering my questions to providing translation support during my visit. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which was reassuring given some of the experiences I had heard about at other clinics. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am extremely happy with my results. My eyes look bigger, brighter, and more defined while still looking natural. The before and after of my eyes is remarkable and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Braun and I will be coming back for future procedures.

‎My experience with Braun Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, Seoul was exceptional from start to finish. ‎ ‎They provided a free airport transfer from Incheon to my hotel, which took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The ride was smooth and pleasant, and I enjoyed seeing the beautiful city along the way. ‎ ‎The staff were very accommodating, and their English communication was excellent. ‎ ‎Ms. Esther, the English manager, was especially attentive and made sure I was well informed about the surgical procedures I would undergo. ‎ ‎All the doctors, nurses, and staff were professional yet warm and friendly. ‎ ‎Dr. Lee did an amazing job—I didn’t feel anything during my procedure, and he personally checked on me from time to time. ‎ ‎After the surgery, they closely monitored my blood pressure due to fluctuations related to my hypertension and diabetes. ‎ ‎They also kept my son informed at all times by calling him, as he was not allowed to stay long at the hospital. ‎ ‎Words are not enough to express my gratitude. Braun Plastic Surgery truly stands out, and the doctors and staff treat you like family. ‎ ‎Thank you, BRAUN PLASTIC SURGERY ❤
