I had a very disappointing experience with BonYeon. I booked an appointment for Friday at 5pm, only to be informed upon arrival that the procedure would not begin until 7pm. A two-hour delay like this is completely unreasonable, especially when there was no prior communication. At the very least, I would expect the clinic to inform clients earlier in the day if there are significant delays, so we can plan accordingly. Instead, it seems earlier appointments were prioritised at the expense of later ones, which feels inconsiderate and unprofessional. As a result, I chose not to proceed with the treatment. I have never encountered a clinic that expects clients to wait two hours before being seen. While BonYeon appears to have strong online promotion, the actual service did not reflect that standard. Based on this experience, I would not recommend it.

I got a Juvelook volume treatment for my smile lines. I used to worry a lot about the deep smile lines around my mouth, but after the treatment, they look way softer and my face has more volume now. I feel like I look fresher and more youthful. Totally worth it!
