I spent a long time thinking about whether I should go through with a facelift. I was concerned with my sagging jawline, deep nasolabial folds and the volume los around my forehead, temples and eyes. Traveling from Germany to Seoul South Korea, I hadn’t even decided if I would have surgery at all. My plan was simply to consult several specialists and make an informed decision. In total, I had consultations with five different facelift surgeons and clinics. One clinic stood out immediately: ARC Plastic Surgery. For me, one thing mattered above everything else: I would only have such a major procedure if I had complete trust in the surgeon. The team monitored me closely, regularly checked for any signs of bleeding or complications, and did everything possible to support a smooth recovery and reduce swelling. I never felt like “just another patient.” I truly felt that everyone was invested in my recovery. Like many people considering a Deep Plane Facelift, I was worried about nerve damage. Today, four weeks after surgery, my recovery has been excellent. My swelling continues to improve every day, and I can already see the beautiful, natural changes taking shape. I know the final result will take several more months, and I will happily come back to update this review once everything has fully settled. My translator was also amazing and made communication smooth and stress-free throughout the entire experience. Recovery was honestly much easier and far less painful than I expected. ARC’s aftercare was extremely organized and matched exactly what they told me beforehand. The anti-swelling treatments helpes so much with healing. They also schedule me for a thermal massages next week and I can't wait! I always felt supported during recovery rather than being sent off on my own. Now that I’m healing, I can confidently say I look at least 10 years younger while still looking completely like myself. That was very important to me. I don’t look “done” or overfilled. I just look refreshed, rested, revitalized, and rejuvenated. Before surgery, I avoided going out during the daytime because I constantly felt like I looked exhausted and aged no matter how much sleep I got. Now I can go outside confidently without worrying about looking tired all the time. My confidence has honestly increased dramatically, and I feel comfortable in my own skin again.
